What does an AromaTouch treatment do?

​

An AromaTouch treatment promotes relaxation and helps with stress, depressive symptoms, and (chronic) pain complaints. It also supports the body's natural self-healing abilities.

This treatment helps reduce inflammation in the body and strengthens the immune system. Additionally, it helps release and clear old emotions. It brings both body and mind back into balance.

I am officially certified by dōTERRA to provide the AromaTouch treatment. A sense of safety and respect is very important to me.

This treatment is not a substitute for conventional medicine. In case of doubt, always consult a doctor.

How does an AromaTouch treatment work?

​

We begin with a relaxing foot bath.

​

During the rest of the treatment, you’ll lie comfortably on your stomach on a soft treatment table. I will massage your back, head, shoulders, ears, and feet using essential oils. Your upper body will be uncovered.

​

The massage consists of four steps:

​

1. Stress reduction    (Oils: Balance and Lavender)

2. Strengthening the immune system   (Oils: Melaleuca and On Guard

3. Reducing inflammation in the body  (Oils: AromaTouch and Deep Blue)

4. Restoring homeostasis (balance) in the body (Oils: Wild Orange and Peppermint)

Because the aromatic scents of the oils are released during the treatment, you'll notice a deep sense of relaxation for both body and mind—during and after the massage.

​

After the treatment, you'll be offered a drink and, if desired, we can take a moment to talk or reflect.

​

It is recommended to take some rest after the treatment and to drink extra water, so the oils can fully do their work and help flush out toxins.
