Relax Massage
A relaxation massage is a full-body treatment designed to provide complete relaxation, reduce physical and mental stress, and stimulate circulation through gentle, rhythmic strokes combined with specialized kneading techniques. Particular attention is given to areas where tension is held, especially the back, shoulders, and neck.
These techniques stimulate blood circulation in the skin, connective tissue, and muscles.
The massage is performed using massage oil, such as almond or coconut oil.
This treatment is also known as a Swedish massage.
What does a relaxation massage involve?
Purpose: To reduce tension in the body and promote a deep sense of calm and relaxation.
Techniques: Long, flowing movements alternated with specific, faster kneading techniques, using light to firm pressure.
Benefits: Helps reduce stress, improves circulation, and relieves muscle tension.
How does a relaxation massage work?
Your experience begins with a soothing and nourishing foot bath. During the treatment, you will lie comfortably on a soft massage table—first on your stomach, then on your back. The full treatment lasts one hour.
To complete your experience, you will be offered a glass of spring water, allowing you to fully relax and recover.
It is recommended to take some time to rest after the treatment and to drink extra water. This helps your body flush out toxins released during the massage and ensures your body and muscles remain well hydrated.
