How does a relaxation massage work?

You begin with a relaxing and soothing foot bath. During the treatment, you lie comfortably on a soft massage table—first on your stomach, then on your back.

The massage lasts approximately 45 minutes.

It is recommended to rest after the treatment and drink extra water so that waste products released during the massage can be flushed out more effectively, and your body and muscles stay properly hydrated.
